Toyoda's floating-plate STAT bearing and hand-scraped cast iron base keep motion smooth, while the GC-50 control steps operators through dress cycles, wheel changes, and gauging checks with conversational screens.
A 12.59 inch swing, 6.3 inch center height, and 39.37 inch center distance leave room for splined shafts or longer hydraulic rods. The combination wheelhead pivots to 30 degrees so you can clean up shoulders, faces, and undercuts without breaking zero, and X/Z travels of 10.73 inches and 50 inches cover both plunge and traverse routines. The installed Toyoda shoulder gauge, in-process sizing probe, rotary dresser, paper plus magnetic coolant filtration, and SBS automatic wheel balancer match the 2011-2012 SMVI and Surplus Record listings we sourced.
